By sponsoring athletic events, Community Huddle will capitalize on the common affinity towards sports that is widely shared amongst our communities. Bringing people together to engage in these activities will encourage open dialogue in an effort to develop improved understanding. Community Huddle hopes to build bridges among the different perspectives that compose our society, not promoting one side or another, but bringing people together to first have fun, and hopefully setting a path to establish constructive relations for safer communities. Community Huddle seeks to be a catalyst for other initiatives that focus on strengthening police/community relations.
